Concrete
Basalite Fast Set Concrete is an ASTM C 387 Pre-Blended Packaged Concrete. All Basalite Concrete is designed to provide enhanced workability and is suitable for all new construction and concrete repair applications. Basalite Fast Set Concrete is manufactured with ASTM C 595 Type 1L Portland Limestone Cement, ASTM C 33 "Normal Weight" aggregates, and carefully selected admixtures to help increase workability and accelerate the set time.
Basalite Portland Cement is a hydraulic cement that complies with ASTM C 150 as a Type I-II Portland Cement as well as AASHTO M 85. Type I-II Portland Cement. Basalite Portland Cement also complies with the special provisions for the optional chemical requirements of a low alkali cement. When blended with the appropriate raw materials Basalite Portland Cement is suitable for use in several various concrete applications.

Basalite Thin Set Mortar produced by Basalite Concrete Products in DuPont, WA is a polymer modified thin set bonding mortar for ceramic tile, natural stone, pavers, and masonry veneers. Basalite Thin Set Mortar meets the requirements of ANSI 118.4 and 118.11. It is highly versatile and may be used on residential, commercial, or institutional projects.

Suitable for mortar or plaster sand, pet boxes, icy sidewalks, greasy areas, garden soil conditioning, non-skid traction sand.
Basalite Packaged Sands are produced from Pacific Northwest sources and are high quality, washed and flame sterilized. Typical sieve analysis of Basalite Premium, #1 Fine and #0 Superfine Sand are given in the following table. Basalite Utility Sand is a coarser sand, and the gradation typically varies.
Suitable for general repair of existing concrete surfaces. USE: Recommended for the re-surfacing of rough or old concrete foundations, floors, retaining walls, sidewalks, patio slabs, or driveways.

Basalite Natural Sand is kiln dried and washed for multiple uses including recreational sand, lawn and garden sand, and paver sweep sand
Paver lock is a polymer modified sand specifically designed for use in the installation of paving stones.
Grout
NON SHRINK GROUT is a sanded, Portland cement based non-shrink grout. This product is designed for use as a dry pack, plastic or flowable high strength grout. It will exhibit slight expansion prior to initial set in normal working temperatures. NON SHRINK GROUT is designed to meet the performance requirements of ASTM C1107.
A pre-blended grout for filling masonry cavities, door frames, and concrete patching and grouting.
Coarse grout uses fine aggregates, but it will also include aggregates that are as large as 1/2" in diameter. Coarse grout is used when reinforcing bars are spaced further apart and when there are larger spaces between the bars and the masonry. Coarse grout is used whenever possible since it is a more economical mix due to the fact that coarse aggregates are cheaper and take up more space.

Basalite Stucco Premix is a pre-blended product conforming to the proportion specifications of ASTM C 926. BASALITE STUCCO PREMIX contains a carefully balanced mixture of ASTM C 595 Type 1L Portland Limestone Cement, ASTM C 897 sand, Type ‘S’ hydrated lime, poly-fiber and stucco enhancing admixtures. BASALITE STUCCO PREMIX is designed to provide a superior stucco scratch coat and brown coat ready for finish coat application.
