Basalite® Thin Set Mortar
Basalite Thin Set Mortar produced by Basalite Concrete Products in DuPont, WA is a polymer modified thin set bonding mortar for ceramic tile, natural stone, pavers, and masonry veneers. Basalite Thin Set Mortar meets the requirements of ANSI 118.4 and 118.11. It is highly versatile and may be used on residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
Rapid Set Mortar Mix
Rapid Set® MORTAR MIX is a high-performance, fast-setting, multi- purpose repair material. Durable in wet environments, MORTAR MIX is a blend of Rapid Set hydraulic cement and quality aggregates.
This patented waterproofing system, combined with computerized factory batching of the mortar and admixture has been engineered and proven to inhibit water penetration in the lab and in the field, delivering a level of precision and peace of mind that’s not available anywhere else.

Basalite Mortar is an ASTM C 270 and ASTM C 1714 Pre-Blended Packaged Cement-Lime Mortar. All Basalite Mortars are designed to provide enhanced workability, to allow for superior craftsmanship and finishing of concrete masonry, brick, or stone veneer.
Basalite Mortar is manufactured with ASTM C 595 Type 1L
Portland Limestone Cement, ASTM C 207 Type S Hydrated Lime and ASTM C 144 Mason Sand.
